Pelham Berkeley Search is Hiring a Collection specialist Near Waltham, MA

Work for a Top Company as a Collections Specialist!

This is a full-time direct hire role with a company that offer competitive salary and a great benefits package.

As a Collections Specialist you will be responsible for the collection activity for a portfolio of Domestic and International Commercial customers. In summary you will :

  • Contact commercial customers regarding collections
  • Prepare Monthly Cash Forecast
  • Perform monthly reporting on status of accounts
  • Research and establish lines of credit for new customers

Requirements include :

  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint), experience in SAP environment preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the a bility to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Must have good time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • International Letter of Credit experience helpful
  • Completed College degree strongly preferred
